This week has been full of ups and downs but it is coming to and end rather nicely. Just bought 2 plain tix back to Punta Cana to stay with my wife at that badass resort again for 5 more days :)... I'm going out tonight to celebrate my wifes bday, then tomorrow going to a big going away party which will be fun, then Sunday headed to the beach. Monday I have class, Tuesday a friend is flying in from Texas, Wed I have a another shoot with a super talented photographer.

I stick to wine and the occasional beer or sake.. it has made a big difference actually cutting out the liquor.

weed is defo my choice...alcohol doesn't do shit...heavy training, eating and supplements do wonders for your blood and liver...
