anyone here into this shit? I've been trying to understand WTF is going on and see how I can get some:lol:

"Bitcoins are a peer-to-peer currency, not issued by banks or governments, but created and regulated by a network of other bitcoin holders' computers."

Re: bitcoins

silk road would have been fantastic - but now the government are all over it; seems way to risky - unless of course you are outwith those legal boundaries ;)

the other thing about all this that fascinates me is the .onion/tor stuff. seems like it'd be pretty easy to just replace silkroad if that's the case.

I'm thinking about buying a bunch of coins just for shits and giggles.

Re: bitcoins

Bitcoin, the currency of criminals. :Rolling: (ransomware, pay ##Bitcoins and we decrypt your files) and they can't be tracked down because Bitcoin is anonymous. That's why criminals love it.

How something digital can be worth millions is something I still don't fully understand. I stick with Euro's.

I quite like the fact that you can buy good quality drugs at a reasonable price, delivered to your door. Bankers are criminals too.

Do we have to understand it to use it ??

Don´t know but definitely there are some strange online forces that constantly push me in to know how i can get incredibly rich rapidly.. which on my naturally suspicious way of think sounds far from good

Re: bitcoins

there is a reason why 1 bitcoin is worth 5,649 USD... as others have said earlier, criminals love it because it is more or less anonymous.

That´s sounds great but.. it´s like you don´t like FIFA so you create your own league in order to win the Champions League? If so, it has no future, at least any time soon.

The world has its own way to work.. a miserable one but still.

Bitcoins don't want to win the champions league, they want to play their own game.

What i´m traying to say is that playing your own game because you don´t like the one that already exist ain´t gonna be easy.. There are loads of countries that tried that before with they own currencies but things didnt end well.

but again, i know nothing about this so.. good luck bitcoins :)
