I just want all of you who have have either written or stopped by this part of MS to know how extremely wonderful and loving I think it is that you have all have continued to share your inner thoughts with all of us. I truly think that Jib is reading this from up above. And truly appreciates the wonderful things you have all said. He is missed so much by all.

I just wished he realized the love he was surrounded by. Please make sure to tell people you love how much they mean to you.

Steve was the reason i became a moderator on [ms] and i did my best in the p/r section because that's the section i could relate to the most.

But something unusual happened this week. Steve's name disappeared from the moderators section, i don't know who decided or when that decision was made but i was not even notified. Anyway i never met him in person but i had a real connection with him and i still think of him on occasion. All this to say that they can also remove my name from the moderators section. This will be the last post and the last time i ever connnect to [ms].

I had noticed his name had been removed as well. I am also sad about the change and was also surprised that there wasn't any mention of it coming, but please don't go. You are a big part of our community and would be missed :(

Gatz, it's your call mate of course but i'm not so sure it's how the big fella himself would have wanted it to be.

You can "blame" me for it. My last action before I went into Holidays was to clean up the moderation rights in particular forums. We had several mods who have left us but still showed up as Moderators in particular forums. If newer members are in such forums and have a question, they check who is Moderator of it and contact him. That was the ONLY reason I took Steve and a boat load of other Moderators out of forums they are not moderating anymore.

If you check Steve's profile, you will still see him showing up as Moderator so his account itself is untouched and I will surely never touch it. I am still on Holidays with limited Internet Access to the Internet but if this came down the wrong throat for some people, I can subscribe Jib to the forums he moderated again when I am back or Kamal or Picklemonkey can do it in the meantine.

@Bob: I did not notify any moderator of [ms] about this maintainance action because I did not think anybody would ever notice it to be honest. Sorry if I made you or other people sad because this was never my intention. But stating you never come back without even asking one of us what happened is something I certainly don't get. :what

Tom, twas Gatz who was upset by it. I posted the sad face in reference to Gatz thinking of leaving because of this - hope that clarifies.
