I've been away from MS for a quite sometime because of the path life sent me down. I know it's been a few months since Jibby's passing, but I just found out and wanted to say that Jibby and I would talk everyday on here, soulseek or e-mail and one thing he was a master at was making you laugh your ass off especially when I was down and out.
In Feb. 06 Jibby surprised me and gave me an opportunity to play one of my sets on his Mercuryrising DJ Show...I am a nobody in the DJ world and Jibby said play what you want because I know you could do it with the addition of a few mother jokes about my mom LOL...he definitely didn't have to that but that was Jibby.
Brotha if you can hear me may God Rest Your Soul and give you the best Turntables he can find ;-)...You will be unbelievably missed.
