Moor Music Festival is organised by a small group of pals who have a love and a passion for music, creativity, camping and countryside fun. Moor Music Festival is about bringing together all the things we think make a good party and a great festival: brilliant music, fantastic people, gorgeous food and a beautiful location, its a refreshing reminder of how a festival should be. A grassroots, family friendly festival which has grown organically over the last five years, our attention lies on an emphatic love for music, arts and creativity, being thoughtful toward the environments we play in and enjoying the stunning West Yorkshire countryside with all who want to play there with us.

Perfect for family groups, Moorfest loves kids and kids love Moorfest! As we are a relatively small event (max 3000 this year) Moorfest is ideal for bringing the wee ones too. The site is just the right size to provide enough play space without being too big to navigate with little legs and our camping and parking fields are right next to the festival site making the weekend experience great for both little kids and big kids alike. Our tickets are priced for families and not only that but we have a whole host of activities and workshops specifically for kids – and parents can join in too!

2010 sees us joining up with Northern Green Gathering to create an extra special area of calmness, creativity & campaigns.

Listed as one of the Observer's Top Ten Independent Festivals to visit in 2009, hailed by the Cool Camping Guide as a ‘mini Glastonbury for the North’and in the NME’s top 30 festivals, Moorfest 2009 was our best one yet and 2010 aims to top it with more excellent, inspiring and exciting acts, more interactivity and art, more of that lush n lovely Yorkshire landscape and, quite frankly, with more fun than you can shake a stick at. Join us!

Full weekend ticket £85 (inc. 4 nights camping) Child weekend ticket £5 (6-13, with an adult) Under 5's - free Teen weekend ticket £30 (13-17 years, must be accompanied by an adult 25+) Day tickets £35 (1 nights camping) Family pass £210 (2 adults, 2 teens)
