Re: Sos! to all germans
Which city will you be near/in?
Nick Warren is supposedly playing in Berlin on Sept. 16 at some club called E-Werk. I might head up to that one. It's not quite September (a couple days late), but both Satoshi Tomiie and Hernan Cattaneo are playing in different clubs near Cologne on Oct. 2.
I'll keep an eye out for anything else in September and post whatever I find here.

Hamburg is about 1.5-2 hours from Berlin, about 4 hours from the Cologne/Dusseldorf area, 4 hours from Frankfurt, and about 6 hours from Munich by train. You can get good connections to most anywhere easily.
I've only been to Hamburg once but I had an absolute blast. Definitely plenty of shit to keep you busy. The big club there from what I remember is the Phonodrome. Blasting sound system and occasionally good lineups (it varies from commercial crap ala Tiesto to really good techno, house or progressive). We also went to this really cool tiny club down by the Fish Market. I think it's the Golden Poodle Club or something like that. The music was pretty OK - mostly house from what I remember - but the the club itself was fucking great. About the size of a living room with a great crowd and a really nice area to hang out outside. If you stay until morning, you get a nice view over the water and can also catch a drunken breakfast at the Fish Market. I know there were quite a few other clubs there, but I don't really remember what they were.
But Berlin is still the most rockin' city in the country, IMO. :)
Re: Sos! to all germans
If i were you i would go to see Nick Warren to Berlin. I lived in this city for three years and its the best city in Germany. E-Werk was a very huge club at that time, i think PVD was resident there, i thought that club didn?t exist anymore! (?) Other good clubs in Berlin are: Tresor, WMF, 90 grad. I?ve also been in Hamburg for a few months, its also a very nice city.
Re: Sos! to all germans
tresor unfortunately shut down a few months ago
best cities for going out in germany are berlin, frankfurt, munich and hamburg
you will find something anywhere you go... just meet the right people 8)
