hey mates im looking for a solution sorry for post it here but the faster the better...

so i need to send a new catalog to the printing site but with the new rings add to it, i got this problem, the past ring have a blue line around it for something called UV or something like that, so how do i put that blue line? anyone know im leaving here a image so you can understand me better...

its for the final printing the rings looks bright kinda like plastify, got me?

Could you not use outer glow? That should work.

Actually, you're better off using "Stroke" on the layer effects. This will provide a more defined outer line.

Problem- "an unexpected error has occurred" when saving illustrator files (you know the red X comes up) and will not save if I close the file I loose the work will save as .pdf, .eps etc but I need to save the native files for later use.
