they are the same. trick question.

in my opinion which I'm sure you won't even listen to anyway is that these are far too convoluted to be logos. you should ditch all the ornamentation and just stick to the type.

yeah they are!! if you watch carefully, on the eyes of the skull, there are some thunders....theres the diferrence....on the first they are on the top of the type and in the second at bottom :)....an yeah palmer is right...never thought on it, but he is!!

too much. you did too much. slim it down more ... remove the "extras" and show the type more. you want that to be your focal point for art. it has to scream out loud. you are hiding the branding image, add to the image but do not hide it. after that you will have a nice logo mate. I would be excited to see. ;)

Going with Dom and Palmer, logo's are about simplicity and clarity. Strong visual impact without a fuss. Cool type you used, so bring it out more like they said mate...you'll be fine.

apart from that....the artwork is pretty cool. dark shit.
