ms flash header

I love the header used on the forum here. Can anyone tell me how it's done? Is there a flash tutorial followed to create this?

I'm doing something similar, but don't know how to 'load' the image the way it's done here, with a loading meter that spins until the image is cached

all the images are randomly called into an array by XML and at the load of the movie. Really there is no so called script out there. The movie is highly customized for mercuryserver. Lot's of action scripting going on as well as checks and balances to make sure it works.

So coding would be your answer. ;)
