Fisrt try on lightning

storm popped up on us so I set the camera to a pretty fast speed and up'ed the iso level (mistake), but came out with this shot. I wanted to stay for some more, but the lightning was all around us.

how high was the ISO ? It doesn't look blurry but defo got the darkness set into it thanks the high setting.... came out pretty good though....

I lightened it a tad for ya... check it out...

  • edit - the blur because of the higher ISO settings is a little more visible after lightening the image

iso was at 400. I darkened the initial image. Here is what the original looks like: shutter speed was at 1/800

its a cool shot. the composition is a little weird and there is a lot going on....but its cool.

it was purely accidental. the storm was very close too so I waited and shot the shot then the next bolt hit on the other side of me so I got in my car.
