I just bought my own cable modem because Comcast upped their modem rates to $7/mo. I got a Motorola Surfboard SB6120, and ran some speed tests before/after to see if I'd notice any speed change or if it would only be monetary :lol: Surprisingly, my download speeds are reporting between 1.5-3x faster, and downloads are 50% slower.
