Re: Microsoft IE8

Uninstall, then reinstall with a data wiper, or, contact good ol Microsoft. I would even use IE nowadays tbh.

Ever consider running these (quality) alternative browsers contemperoniously with what you already use now?

Re: Microsoft IE8

I LOVE when someone asks a question, and instead of help or a decent answer they get a bunch of knobs telling them what they should be using or how silly they are for not using something else, lol :)

Re: Microsoft IE8

Well I hope you're able to fix your prob Si, I've stayed after from IE for years now and use FF, however I've had my fair share of issues with bookmarks on FF, so I suppose you could try something else like Chrome or Opera but then again you never really know.
Two words, Google Chrome
I like chrome but it's still beta and it's a memory hog (leak). If you have lots of ram to spare and a fairly powerful processor, it's pretty stable.

Re: Microsoft IE8

Ive never had a problem with it on my Windows 7 machine ... works like it should. I switch between opera and IE8 all the time.
