Hey people..

I have a mate looking to learn CS4. He doesn't know to much about the program and needs to start from scratch.

Are there any good tutorials out there that you may have come across? Beginners to Advance [as he will eventually need the advance some day too]... Also any good forums he could become apart of?

I am not a designer and wish to someday learn these programs. I keep a lot of design links in my Digg account. I checked my Digg account and here is what I found. Alot of them are for Photoshop and Illustrator as those are the two most popular programs. From these, you can probably find some forums and communities as well.
