I think it is crazy cool to minimise the number of buttons. Maybe one day they will come out with a mouse with only one button. Lolz.

correct. this is fucking stupid. apples quest to go for minimal form factor and cool look is starting to outweigh its usability. these headphones are pieces of shit and i would never use them, yet if i dump them i cant change my tunes! wtf! let alone plug a jack into the top of it to let it play thru your car stereo speakers....:roll:

i couldn't stand not knowing what is coming next in my player. I remember the first generation player didn't last long and they were almost giving them away 6 months later.

why does it come with a remote after all? i mean... it's so small, just put the buttons on the thing itself, equip it with a belt clip, and that's it...

presumably at some point - we will be able to have a hardrive at home with 1000 gigs of music - which we will be able to access wirelessly to our own headphones as we ride the subway/tube/El to work each day; and have it transmitted to our car.
