Hi, Does anyone have any idea where I could purchase laptop graphic cards? I am specifically looking for one of the following: GeForce Go 8600GT, GeForce Go 8600GS or in a worse case scenario ati x700, GeForce Go 8400GS.
The graphics card on my old laptop (Amilo M1437G Fujitsu Siemens) died and I have made some inquiries; it pans out that it can be replaced with any of the graphics cards above...the problem is that I can't find a place to buy one...its very frustrating to say the least (another one of their schemes to dum down the consumer and make him buy new stuff). I have a new laptop (what can I say their scheme worked :) ) already but its such a shame to let this one go to waste...It served me very well and I was thinking of fixing it and giving it to my mum to play her litlle 2d games on... Anyway...ANY help would be much appreciated Thanks!
