I need to take all my bookmarks from one PC to another.

Is there a program that can do this?

(I'll swear someone posted abot this but a search doesnt reveal anything)

Search for the FEBE fire fox add on, then you can back up anything, install FEBE on the other machine and restore the book marks onto there.

you can also go into Firefox, go into Organize Bookmarks, export them as an html, put it on a flash drive and import it on Firefox on the other machine.

Better yet if you want to share the same bookmarks between different machines such as home PC and work PC, try Mozilla [URL="http://labs.mozilla.com/2007/12/introducing-weave/"]Weave[/URL]. Google used to have Google Sync or something but they stopped supporting it :(

foxmarks is a Firefox addon that synchronizes to their server and if you install it on the other machine(s) they will periodically synchronize.

Foxmarks is awesome. I have my bookmarks spread across 4 computers. Great add-in.
