Hi guys my laptop keeps freezing why does it do it and has low memory have anything to do with it?

open it up remove dust is prob the answer. could be other stuff too.

beanz ,i can start up log onto the net go do stuff buy tunes stuff like that, then bang just freezes i switch it off back on again start all over, then bang it freezes agian. the most it has happened in a day is 5? feel like chucking the fucker sometimes

didnt get any back up discs with it been told gotta send it back to the manufactors

boot into safe mode and try disable some hardware see if it helps......

Wow. Well, since it boots up properly, it could be a hardware issue. You could inspect the RAM. How much does it have and would you have access to swap it with another stick or two to see if that improves stability? Check your internal specs and make sure it sees the RAM properly. Also, get some compressed air and spray the vents in that thing. It could very well be what someone suggest in terms of getting dust clogged in the cooling vents.

i'd go ahead and open the mug up and spread some arctic silver on the cpu and gpu while your at it.
