Crikey.

Bought this on liquidation auction the other day:

Twas a refurb, so I did run into a couple of minor issues. Can't get the DVI port to work at the moment :( and there are a couple of dead pixels. Could return it for another, but not sure if I want to pay the restock & shipping again. For what I got it for ($180 shipped) though, I could easily toss it up later on Craigslist and probably get what I practically paid.

But the view as is: blows the 19" I have out of the water. Well worth it. Picture's not extremely perfect (haven't tested DVD's on it yet), but still can pass fine for the specs.

Definitely will upgrade down the road.

Re: Large Widescreen Monitors

you shouldn't have to pay restocking fees if the unit is defective.

Re: Large Widescreen Monitors

when i got my first 24'' imac this past june, it had 1 dead pixel... and it drove me freakin crazy.

talked with customer service and they replaced it for free, no dead pixels.

i dont know how people can live with dead pixels... thats all i would stare at, lol.

Re: Large Widescreen Monitors

I thought my 24" was a decent size until I got used to my 57".
