Thread on Vista [EMAIL="h@ck"]h@ck[/EMAIL] that allows multiple local/remote accounts... let's you watch TV wile terminal serviced using a seperate account.

Are you running SP1? Then that dll may not work, you may have to google around for the other one if its urgent. Though I have it at home, I'll upload it later today.
