Here's the official site and you can check on the right some of the tracks (if not all) that will be included for the game. There have also been many reports that you can play your own music during the game and the HUD will adapt and morph to it.

PS3 Fanboy seems to be the only site reporting that the game will finally come out in September but I couldn't find any more sites that state this. Here's the recent post:

Honestly, I've never played the other versions and got turned onto this one because of the soundtrack and visuals. I'm enjoying it, though. From what I read, before the release, it sounded like this was basically a beefed up version of the last one released on the PSP with lots of tweaks to the vehicles, tracks and bonus features. I read a lot of good things about that one which sparked my interest even more. Have a go at it. It's only $19.99.

Have loved every single Wipeout released with the notable exception of Fusion. Which was a load of cack. Nice fun hover racing game but didn't look or feel like Wipeout. This one is quality.
