Re: Mame 32

That's a classic that's been around for many, many years but yeah, some good stuff on there. Only thing that sucks is the size and quality. What's the max resolution that you can get out of your version without it going to shit?

I play mine on a 62" monitor, and it looks great. Sure, it's pixelated, but it's old school gaming - it's supposed to look that way.

well size is not very big,its 385mb. ive seen a lot bigger files with not much difference from the one i have and out of the 1500 games they might have, only 50 are working:shock: on the one i have, all games are working. now as for the resolution in the mame folder, there is a txt.doc where i found this: -resolution XxY Where X and Y are width and height (ex: '-resolution 800x600') MAME goes some lengths to autoselect a good resolution. You can override MAME's choice with this option. You can use -XxY (e.g. -800x600) as a shortcut. Frontend authors are advised to use -resolution XxY, however. -320 Discontinued. Use -320x240. -400 same as above, use -400x300 -512 same as above, use -512x384 -640 same as above, use -640x480 -800 same as above, use -800x600. -1024 same as above, use -1024x768 -1280 same as above, use 1280x1024. -1600 same as above, use 1600x1200.

did this help??

Re: Mame 32

I use Mame32, and don't have to put any modifiers to start it :P it also allows you to use separate configs for every game.
