Hi,
My parents are going to DC in 3 weeks and will be there for two days. I asked them to buy me a phone, so I have to choose which phone and where to buy it.
I asked my carrier here in Argentina and they told me I need at least 850/1900 phone to use it here.
My options are.
what do you think ? will they work here ? do you know where to buy them (unlocked) ?

iphone for sure......I am a mac dude so am very partial but if you goto there website and see what the development teams are doing right now this thing is just started to scratch the surface

is there any retail store where his parents can buy a phone, either nokia, htc or the iphone one? that would be best imho
