I'm attempting to put a system together (first time) this weekend...and it's been a frustrating experience.

The damn thing won't even power on...even will all the cords disconnected, the power supply doesn't work.

Could it be a DOA power supply?

if the wires aint pluged onto the motherboard it wont switch on....you didnt move any jumpers did you ?
