Re: Leopard -- It's Official
I am only wondering because of the full 64 bit OS now and the revamped multicore support.

Re: Leopard -- It's Official
=\ yea that is odd that apple requested something like that... no idea.
go up to a mac store and buy it, then when yours comes go return it unopened with the mac store receipt lol...

Re: Leopard -- It's Official
That disk verify process is a bitch. I am officially on Leopard without any pain. All system apps intact. That was the nicest OS upgrade I have done.

Re: Leopard -- It's Official
yea a lot of updates... i like the airport scan in the tray... how it has little locks on ones that require passwords... very nice addition, saves a lot of time.
yes i do agree with you asdf... was the smoothest OS install i have ever done, stick disc in, restart, and finished. <3

Re: Leopard -- It's Official
Nice to see a bunch of happy mac users enjoying leopard!! :D
I still have to find another three people so I can buy the family version and get 5 licenses you guys know how student life is ;).
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
how much does it turn out to be per person on the family pack ?
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
Well lets see the family pack is €199 and you get 5 licenses so it turns out..... €39.8 per person, not a bad deal.
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
$60 bucks ? heck I'm in, how would I get my copy from you ?
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
an interesting comparison between leopard and vista
http://www.engadget.com/2007/10/27/leopard-vs-vista-feature-chart-showdown/
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
Makes a lot of sense since OS X is very feature packed but on the plus for the Windows users, you can get programs to do those other functions that are missing from Vista. And the good thing with that is that you only get them if you need them so less filler. I've always been a fan of VMWare. Trillian Pro is great too.
$60 bucks ? heck I'm in, how would I get my copy from you ?
Well I guess it would be kind of hard me being on the other side of the ocean, but I´ll check and see if we can make it work. Since you only get one dvd with 5 licenses on it probably I would have to upload an image of the disc some where.
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
I got my full version for 107.00. ;)
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
^ ^ Full family pack version or regular? I got mine for free but I've seen it for $99 OTD.
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
There is only one asdf.
Re: Leopard -- It's Official
That still doesn't answer the question. And all of Portland is full of you. All the same.
