I know I talk a lot of crap about AT&T service but I've traveled to various cities in 35 states so far for my job and more times than not, my work phone (with AT&T service) will have issues while my personal phone with Verizon Wireless service will rock. What about you people in other areas of this country? Are there areas where AT&T is good? Besides Chicago since they have a hub there.

I played with a friends for a bit, the user interface is really amazing. Data network is SLOOOW though.

The IPhone provides the best mobile web experience out there compared to other smart phones as long as you are connected via WIFI.
I love how the music slowly fades away on the Ipod when I have an incoming call.

Yes WiFi is surprisingly quick if you're connected to a home network and the processor is fast in loading pages. Was impressed with the unit for sure.

Love the iPhone! This is a great product.
Only issue is with the Edge network - which really sucks and is super slow. Use it with WiFi and it kicks ass
Hopefully the next gen will be G3

G3 is fucking slow as hell though. I use one of those cards for work and most of the time it's blazingly slow. :roflmao:

My laptop card says it's connected on the 3G side and it's pretty pathetic. Apparently, I'm not the only person in the western US that has shitty connectivity issues with AT&T service. Trying to convince my company that even though they've got a fucked contract with AT&T, I should be on Verizon since I'm in the west. It's way faster and more consistent.
