I've recently contacted konica asking about when will the printer drivers for vista x64 be released. And here is their reply:

Dear Mr. Loizos,

I am sorry to inform you that there will be no 64-Bit vista drivers become available.

Yours sincerely,

Never bought an operating system:) But this is unacceptable. Now i'll have to buy a new printer compatible with vista, definitly not Konica. I'll just keep communicating their 'bad' customer service..!

Re: magicolour 2300w

My brother is in the same boat with his HP printer. He's been in contact with HP repeatedly and still can't get the damn thing to work with his new computer. My Zen Sleek software doesn't work with Vista so I still use my secondary PC (with WinXP) in order to load music onto the thing. I've seen no support for Vista from Creative so far with many devices actually.

I was thinking about turning back to XP but since i built my new pc mostly for gaming purposes, it's useless! So i'll just sell the printer and buy a new one compatible with vista 64bit. I'm also having problems with my logitech gamepad but one of logitech's representatives said that vista drivers will be out soon.
