Extract image from swf ?

I wanted to get one picture from a picturegallery which is an swf file. It happens to be on myspace (if that makes any differnce)

is there a peice of software - or a site I can submit it to - to get the one picture I need?

Paste the screen into paintbrush. Crop out the picture.

Done

If you can't get it to work, let me know and I'll crop it and send it to you.
