I just wanted to share my thought with everyone....DELL is the shittiest computer/electronic brand on the market....I had two laptops- both broke and its not just that they broke its how they broke e.g. battery stopped working 3 days after warranty ran out...the other one...hardware gave up piece by piece!!! FUCKING CRAP!!!

at least my battery didn't blow up....don't know if you heard they have a massive recall cuz batteries blow up in laptops!!! insane!

Do you know what type of laptops? My girlfriend purchased one about a year or two ago. I dont think she ever received anything in the mail, so she should be fine.

In the last year or two almost all of the major companies have suffered recalls from exploding batteries. It's become an industry-wide problem, it's not just Dell.

Yeah sony made a lot of those batteries if I'm not mistaken. I definitley checked mine out because it's an older model Vaio and I didn't want to lose facial tissue while using it.

actually i thought dell was the only brand of computers that actually worked fine.. got 2 at home and they work flawlessly sorry to hear that... hahhaha
