Just wondoring if someone can help me? i keep trying to get sets but for somereason cant listen to them when they are in rAR formant maybe cuz im using Real Player but can someone please help me fig out how to convert?

rar is a zip file.
download a program called Winrar and extract the file.

If you mean, change the extension. right click, goto change and select the extension you want, or just change the extension in the file name if you have unticked "hide extensions". Of course, this doesn't change the file structure, and the above posts explain this.
Why you'd want to do this? No idea.

It's a RAR-compressed file, not a zip file which uses its own algorithm. But everything else is what they said.
