I'm trying to upload a moving .gif file for my avatar, but it is always static with just the first "frame" showing. Anyone know how to do this?

Re: Avatar Help
It seems the avatar you would like to use is too big. I guess it is bigger than 120x100 so you can't get it to work as the board resizes it and the animation gets lost because of this.
Re: Avatar Help
you will have to figure out if the gif file is larger than the allowed size by either resolution, or file size. using a program like imageready you can shrink the resolution to size very easily. if the file size is too big you will need to go through and erase a couple frames that show little movement. or just use every other frame. that will cut the file size in half.
hope this helps some.
