does anyone know of a program where i can easily resave mp3s at a set bpm rate?

the more simple, the better.

You mean that you want to adjust the bpms on them and then save them that way? That way you can be the next George Acosta? :p

mixmeister...

wouldn't set them too far out though, as stretching and compressing can cause digital artifacts after a few BPM difference.
