I'm sick of being unable to download anything from the promo and recommendation forum, I always get to megaupload, wait 45 seconds or whatever it is, then get the 'download limit reached' when I havent downloaded anything - I know it's prob because people on my public IP address have used megaupload as well that day, so can anyone describe what I can do step by step to overcome this annoyance?

google "anonymous surfing" there is lots of software that can help you out. i think there are websites where you can put in a link, like megaupload, and they will hide your ip or something and you can download however much you want. me, im just patient. :D :p

What browser are you using? I used to access megaupload with FF until I realized for unknown reasons, FF has been bringing me to the .nl version of megaupload. I switched to IE to access the link, it brings me to the proper .com address. Even when I get a download limit exceeded message, I get redirected to another page which allows me to select an IP from 2 or 3 options (because it recognizes that the IP that has exceeded the limit could be from my ISP's public IP).

Haven't had much problems with megaupload since then. So if you haven't tried IE, see if that helps.

Of course, sometimes you just have to wait ;)

Universal Share Downloader used to work great about a week ago... didn?t download anything in a week, but i assume it still works.

get the program files and the plugin pack from here, and then paste your MEGAUPLOAD link and be patient [url]http://www.dimonius.ru/dusd.php[/url]

you aren't downloading any other sets from it? it seems like they only allow one download at a time, but it sounds like that's not your problem. research free public proxies. google 'free proxy list' or something

I only use firefox and have never had a problem d/l anything from megaupload. I've never been taken to any other versions of megaupload other than .com and only get the 'download limit reached' when I attempt to download more than one set at a time. I guess I have the golden penis.
