I just looked there some on there trying to get over 400,000.00 :shock:

it is bloody disgusting if you ask me.

It's one thing to try to make some money on eBay, and it's another to be a just greedy and try to get thousands like a lot of people are doing there. I guess one would be an idiot to pay anything 3 times what it retailed for.

ps3 supposedly comes out in japan in spring 06. & at the soonest summer 06 if not holiday 06 for the US. i think the price point will be roughly the same at release time.

finally made it all the way over the apartment parking lot and played my friends for a bit last night (project gotham racing and perfect dark) and it was admittedly pretty cool, yet i still dont understand the ridiculous prices people are paying and the fact that my friend waiting 17 hours in line to get one... i could only really tell the difference in graphic quality when you are standing still right in front of something... kinda weird, my friend bragging about how much better the graphics were on perfect dark compared to games on regular xbox, but you have to stand still and do nothing to see it, cant really tell when running around, and when do you stand still on a friggin first person shooter?

most likely not very, but you never know. try it, but have a pic of you holding the xbox for authenticity. i saw one bird on there witha big grin selling it for 5,000.00 buy it now.

i think its an overheating problem that is occuring when the xbox is placed directly on carpet, thats what i was told anyway...
