Friend at work got it and it looks pretty good, usable functionality too. It detects movement, so you set how many calories you wish to burn in a day, if you sit too long in a place, it vibrates reminding you to walk around and it does this periodically throughout the day so that you burn a set target. The digital readout dishes out useful info as well.

Though expensive for the price, could be worth it for those looking to lose some weight.

Was interested in it but am quite skeptical about it's accuracy. Like if you sat down and jerked off with it it'll be counting those movements as calories burnt too? :lol:

There's also [URL="https://jawbone.com/up"]Jawbone's UP[/URL] which is pretty much the same thing but tracks sleep too, and that I find more useful.
