Hey guys, I ripped one of my HD DVD's to files and now have separate audio and video files. I need a programme that will basically put these into one file (in sync). Handbrake doesn't seem to have the option of using an external audio file when re-encoding and Windows Movie Maker won't like the file (it's a 15GB mkv). The audio is a 4GB wav.

Any ideas?

Yeah Super will surely do the trick. But you need to know a bit what you are doing because it's a tool from nerds for nerds lol.
