I'll be sleeping all day Sunday after recovering Saturday night. Lots of my UofC engineering friends are celebrating their Grad that night. So lots of partying for me, beforing having to roll into to work by 7:30 AM.

Digweed at the Whiskey would have been the ideal location again. Just loved the set-up last time where Digweed was up on that main stage. It's going to be really really interesting to see the set up at Outlaws. I have only been inside of that place one time. I too will be there to the end for every moment of DIGWEED!

I have yet to meet an MSer in Calgary.

But, I do know that Terry is also living in Calgary. I think there is another MSer who goes by the name calgarytop. And I see that MetroSoul will be there on Sunday too.

It would be a great idea if we do meet up.

yes...known luke for a couple years now. he posts on here occasionaly. he and i have somewhat similar tastes in music (read: prog/tech).

but ya, i just found out my friends from edmonton are not coming down (thats where i am originally from, i know hardly anyone in cowtown) cause they crashed the only car they could use to get down here.

so ya...definitely not averse to meeting up. check your pm's.

I honestly don't remember anything specific other than dancing, and dancing, and dancing to some of the best house records out there. And how about outlaws?! What a damn fine venue for these types of shows now. It's not a hole in the wall anymore! Last night was a textbook example of a great party. Wicked crowd, awesome headliners, stellar venue. Especially like the large dancefloor that gave room to dance.

Just noticed all the suggestions for meeting up too. Shoulda frequented this thread a bit more. But due to the awesomeness of music taste on this site, and the small few Calgarians, it would be a great idea for the next show like this one.

This will be sweet, I've been out of the scene for about two years.... : ( What can I say, its Calgary...we're busy.

Anyhow, the last show I went to was at Tequila... I think. Amazing show, except for getting my jacket keys and ID stolen from the coat check.

How much are tickets? Are there any sites that list shows coming to Calgary?

Yea, like smack said, this party was from last year. And it fooookin ruled. One of my favourite nights ever. There are rumours circulating about me from this show. All of them are true.
