I just read a thread on itm about Daft Punk apparently playing the Sidney Meyer Music Bowl in Melbourne on December 22nd.
This is big news for all, and hopefully it means a killer party in at least Sydney to match.
Personally I've lost all respect for Daft Punk once I worked out that virtually all their work is stolen, but this is one of those gigs you just have to go to to say you were there.

WOW, care to elaborate? I haven't heard of this, then again my finger isn't quite on the pulse of the electro scene to be fair...
As for the show, I'll go, as with all the hype, particularly on ITM I'd be a fool to miss out on the production if anything. A mate who loves his electro can't stop talking about their gig at Global last year and I like his taste, based on all that I'll be in attendance...

Darn it missed my tix. All these shows seem to get sold out 6 months in advance... Chems in syd are seating only now and they're not playing till next year. I don't wanna sit down.....
