Alright, someone has to have the "goods" on this record. And I can't be the only one who thinks that it's unbelievably awesome!

Spill some beans, damn you!

Should be out in February on Plastic Fantastic and have a Skylark remix on the flip.

Re: Paolo Mojo - 1983

anyone got a release date?

thx for clearing that up paolo...

#352824Post 10 of 26

Is it just me or did the name Eric Prydz take all the credibility out of it.
Is it just me or did the name Eric Prydz take all the credibility out of it.
 C'mon now, the guy has released some decent stuff...well under Cirez D anyway.

#353007Post 12 of 26

I'm not dissapointed at all it wasn't a skylark remix. I'm a eric prydz fan myself so all i can say about this track is.. surprise me!

#353063Post 13 of 26

prydz's works are not so good, except Deeper Still...that music rocks!

Re: Paolo Mojo - 1983

wtf???????????

what is wrong with eric prydz...

his tracks and remixes are fucking awesome...

you guys need to lay off the crack pipe

#353475Post 15 of 26

ahh he's like all kinds of other remixers. They have their on and their off days.

I really like the original red kult "call me" but then it got remixed again and I can't stand that other version...tooooo commercial.

The "Miracle" track is pretty good, but it seems to me as if this guy doesn't make tracks to stand the test of 6 months.

#353489Post 16 of 26

I agree. Eric has some good stuff. I'm sure some of you have heard his production "Lesson One"? That tune rocks!

Regardless, the original of 1983 is amazing no matter who remixes it.

Hell yeah Lesson One Rocks along with Human Behaviour. I think all the productions he made through the alias "Pryda" are great.

I'm still trying to find a way to hear what this song sounds like. Guess I'm a gonna have to wait.

#362092Post 19 of 26

If you can find them, it's the last record on the mix Fanciulli did for Mix Mag awhile back, and it's also in Luke Fair' Fall Promo from last year... around the 6th or 7th track in.

I'm still patiently waiting for this to get onto shelves, but unfortunately patience is a virtue I don't have time for.

Thanks bro. I appreciate that. It sounds like a nice laid back track that could be really good for dancing. I think I like it.

#373308Post 22 of 26

thought skylark will be rmxing it so i'm a little bit dissapointed.. Prydz became too comercial.. his nowadays remixes are rubbish :?

why do people think prydz is so cheesy??

i think his tracks rock the dancefloor 8)

#373483Post 24 of 26

Anyone have a revised release date for this record? I just bought Discotheque and it's hardly getting me by.

But again, solid tune!

#373516Post 25 of 26

i wonder how long it will take prydz to actually release this track. It'll probably be one of those songs that comes out long after everyone has already been playing it for a year, and by that time you're all so bored of listening to it.

lesson one is definately in my top 3 prydz tracks for sure. as for 1983.. this is going to be a steal no matter who remixes it, the original is a top notch production
