This may not be the best location for this post but I couldn't think of a better one. Does anyone know what ever happened to Jay Welsh? Maybe a new name or did he just disappear? He used to be an artist whos releases always brought tears of sick twisted joy to my eyes. I was digging through some old records and came across wierd noises on Black Ice and it just got me to thinking. Thanks for your help.
