Old hard house track(1995) ID - HELP!

Please can someone take the time to give this sample a listen and try and ID it for me. The sample is taken from a Tony De Vit set from late 1995 and was a tune he used to cane around that time. Cheers.

I believe its his(Tony's) remix of EXIT EEE - Epidemic. I'm still looking for my copy of it to confirm it, but that is what it sounds like. I will check tomorrow after work for my copy and let you know.
