Oslo has always been a breeding ground for producers but as of lately it seems that Oslo is building a new and fresh scene. More and more names seem to pop up lately, all spreading that typical, clean and rich sound that seems to be normal in Scandinavia. (Inkfish, Stian klo, Bjorn Karuud, etc.)Must be something in the clean air...

As for this release it's no different. Both [B]Opptur[/B] and [B]Mimek[/B] have strong arrangements, the ones that keep any dance floor going without loosing momentum or getting boring. Nils and Tronso have managed to deliver two cool tracks, each with their own individual vibe yet what binds them is the approach towards the whole production. Minimal sounds with maximum effect, something that will appeal to a lot of dj's out there, the ones that like for instance Danny Howells. This EP is a simple and effective message from both youngsters, no bullshit but solid dance music!!
