I listen to the record today at the record shop, and i didn't find it appealing t all. wasn't up to par to micali's skill..

"so easy" is one of the best tracks released this year. this is deep, trippy, slightly sinister, sloooowmoootion grooving. INCREDIBLE TRACK!

This is a great release from one of the biggest labels at the moment, Vapour is releasing nothing but great music.. and Micali is a dynamic producer, always working, doing so many stuff.. it's quite weird cuz his stuff sounds so easy and so identical all the time but at the same time is so different, his drums and his bass have a really good arrangement, I really dig his stuff.

Not liking "So Easy" to be honest... I personally think it's a sh!t track and Micali has done (and can do) far better...

you should check out Micali's remix of Mindless - Essential Desire. Massive tune again from chris there!

i love his remix with ajami of christian cambas's track....can't remember the name off the top of my head.

Surprised there's such differing opinions on the track... but then again there's a ton of people still listening to trance. I think So Easy is a decent track.. not as good as the first round of tracks that got international attention back at the beginning of last year or earlier... the kind of stuff his live P.A. set on San Fran. Sessions Feb. 2003 was full of. His recent remixes are pretty damn good as other's have mentioned. But I dunno.. I tend to agree with people who think this single isn't too hot.. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's "completely boring" or "his worst track to date" though

after having this record for a while, I agree with you completely. It feels like there is something more Micali could have done with this track...

I'm standing by my opinion. I think "So Easy" is the far more interesting track. "Your Life Better" is probably nicer for a club, but "So Easy" would be just perfect outdoors on a big system. The track duplicates that feeling of time slowing down when you start to hit the hash. Love it! For me it's deeper and more psychedelic than "Your Life Better" and I wouldn't change a note. Everything hits right where it's supposed to: in the head!

so easy sounds a lot like his "highway one" remix on toa. you life better at least has its unique sound and sounds great on a loud system. i like the deep tribal beat with those killer stabs. very cool record.
