What is the name of this Sultan track?

I heard sultant play it on a proton show last year sometime.Its by him and the greek,with stephanie vezina on voacls.Some of the lyrics are

'i dont know what's going on'

'i cant bear to lose you'

'maybe im wrong............what if im right'

It s NOT wadi,alive,rezin,broken or night visions?

Anyone any ideas?Release date?
