The brand new label from the strippedmuzikclub label home to Stripped Recordings,Stripped Digital and Hype Muzik gives birth to its latest imprint STRIPPED OFF. The label kicks off with Los Angeles based duo Beaumont Stanford and Hunter Slay and their track "Dreamers C.T.A" which features as well as the original remixes from [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=935"]John Debo[/url] & Smak (aka Steve McCready). Beaumont Stanford started making electronic music at a very young age. Heavily influenced by early 80's New Wave and Electrofunk. In the early 90's his focus switched to house, techno, and breaks. Music has always been Beau's main passion and love. He's had a string of successful releases with his now defunct group Stereo Underground alongside [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=1746"]Villo[/url] and Jeffrey Organes. He also had success working with Nathianial on many tracks in the mid 00's with releases on labels such as Bedrock Records, Outpost, Stripped Recordings,Winds West, and Proton Music to name a very few. Hunter Slay originally from Mississippi, Hunter Slay moved to Florida in 2001 to pursue music production as a career. He graduated Full Sail University in '02 with a degree in Recording Arts, and returned to teach multiple courses only two years later . In that short time, Hunter had already written an entire season of music for a television series, scored a play, and licensed a considerable number of songs for commercial and web use. He also managed to squeeze in regular DJ gigs at several Orlando hot spots such as Knock Knock, Sky60, Ybor's, Crooked Bayou, Peacock Room, Red Square, Alpha Bar , and The Grotto. Slay's teaching career eventually pulled him away from DJing in 03, and propelled him into the studio where his focus would remain for the next 5 years. After endless hours of polishing his craft, experimenting with all genres, and perfecting his recipes, Hunter developed an arsenal of skills to take on the City of Angels. His move to LA in October '08, was met with a residency at Libertine on Sunset; and multiple releases on Modern Beat Digital.
