Yeah, is Christian West, but I cant remember the track, the funniest thing is that I had the vinyl. Sounds very similar to "Eterna" and Eve - Riser (Christian West Remix) in my opinion, this last two are a little better. but if you are interesting in that particular track, look around there. ;)
