[I][I]After a short (indeed brief) hiatus in July, Madhouse is back and stronger than ever with another killer 4-track EP from the main man himself, Mr Kerri Chandler. Kerri is currently flying all over the world with a very busy DJ gig schedule, including a residency with Circoloco in Ibiza, as well as festivals in Belgium, Croatia – and even Scotland!

The Intermezzo EP kicks things off with [B][B][FONT=Times]We Are Here[/FONT][/B][/B], easily describable as “Get Out Part 2”. A spoken-word vocal over Kerri’s trademark beats and instrumentation, it muses over the subject of busy schedules and “always available” technology – so very current! [B][B][FONT=Times]

So It Begins Again[/FONT][/B][/B] takes things down a much more tribal road, perfect for a big room. The DC10 Mix is a nod towards the direction Kerri had in mind, as well as the dance-floors he created the track for. The Dark Mix takes things even further, with a more progressive feel.

Finally, [B][B][FONT=Times]Red Lights[/FONT][/B][/B] explores a more ‘live’ drum sound, with a throbbing bassline and synth pattern, and a cut-up breakbeat playing a 4/4 rhythm. This one’s a little deeper but still packs plenty of punch.
