MASSIVE props to the mentally insane party people of Pensacola, FL for hosting us. the boat party was a first time thing in that part of florida and it went down historically. cant wait to do it again!

and any afterparty that lasts 30 hours is worth a mention too. :CoolOne:

(2006-11-18) Steve James - Live in Pensacola, FL (Boat Afterparty)

man oh man what a weekend that was. started off with a nice boat party saturday afternoon. docked a little after dark and got the afterparty started shortly thereafter. this recording is proof that it happened. there will be more parts released later. plz forgive the muffled sound later in the mix, as things kept getting turned up. you know how it is.

3rd time through this set and god damn is this set good! Got into work this morning and felt I needed a nice long set that chugged along to keep me going all day and damn what a barnstormer! Nice build, dark at times, pounding on others and just smooth as a baby's ass with some damn good tracks through it all and did I mention twisted in all the right ways and places. ;) Far from sick of this one...Keep on keeping on Steve :Bingo: :RightOn:

hey thx ben. you know it's amazing what a proper crowd of people can do to you when you're mixing. when they're hanging on every beat and every mix. i was buzzin for a month from the vibe of that party. glad i was able to capture most of it even if the sound quality is a little dodgy.

not really sure what was going on during pt 2 i felt like i was all over the place. :what

thats what happens at twisted afterhours events though. :twisted:

sound quality's not bad...maybe some issues with the volume at times, but otherwise I'm more than pleased.

I feel you on part 2...seems like you were in a bit of a hole during that segment, but you bounced back quite well ;)

I love twisted afterhours...been a while for me though...
