It appears to be an obscure medical condition, but the gloomy prognosis is that you've been afflicted by uranusiumlagerrott. It's most commonly seen in the lushly Irish and Brits. This is a serious issue and you may want to have it checked out proactively before you have a meltdown/blowout situation occur. It's important to note that artificial buttholes are expensive and require a lot of maintenance to keep in good working order. Jib, you've experienced this very same ailment once or twice right? Maybe you can coach this poor lad through the worst. I believe MJ also hosts a site filled with support groups of this very disease. :p
